Traces of color etched in the sea
The grays, the blues, the whites, the pinks
Coming together to bring calmness, peace in me.

“Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the Lord upholds him with his hand.”
“But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble.” ~Excerpts from Psalm 37
Watching the news is always an alarming thing these days. Suffering, scary weather, scarier people, hurting people. One passage of the Bible has been really ringing true for me lately…..Psalm 37. I encourage you to read the whole thing when you have some time. Praying for you, for me, for all of us to cling on to Jesus with all we have, because He is what will last in the end. And the most excellent thing? As much as we try to cling, He’s got us with his mighty hand and we can’t fall too far. 🙂 Blessings, Lisa
For all the poor reviews that the movie Far and Away received, there are a couple of scenes that totally entertain me and that I use in great frequency in my own life. Here is the primary one of those.
Men from the pub, as Joseph enters: Down from the north, are you? Or perhaps the East? West of here, maybe? South. Joseph Donnelly: I prefer to keep my business to myself, if you please. Men: Very wise.
Mr Christie enters: What places you in this small chapter of the world? Men: He's keeping himself to himself, that one. There is a fine art to keeping oneself to oneself; it can come in handy on multiple occasions. Slainte, Lisa
