A small conundrum for your Tuesday….can you name this towel animal? He/she/it? was made for us on a cruise a few years ago, and I’m still unsure what it is.

Another Monday, another new week to try to be healthy. It is constantly amazing to me how lazy I can become after one short weekend of fun. So in order to inspire myself (and encourage you also! 🙂 ) , I have found some great quotes to motivate us both!

…Get in the water and make a giant water suction bubble with your hands under the water. Do it again.
…Pick up a pretty rock you see, and then look for another one. Start a new rock collection just for the day.
…Pick a flower and really look at it and breathe deeply. Spring is here!
