The Land Race

1034

Today, for one day only, there is a land race.  You gaze upon the picture, pick your spot, and race there as fast as you can.  By horse, car, motorcycle, hot air balloon, running, or by imagination.  The first one there gets to claim their land in lovely Ireland.  You can tell me in the comments if you made it to your spot in time to place your stake.  But don’t head to that high green hill on the left overlooking the sea, I’m already there.  😉  Slainte, Lisa

Dune Dreaming on a Quiet Day

I took this on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, shortly after a light rain had passed through.  It really emptied out the beach, except for a few hardy souls.  I love staying on the beach in summer when it showers, as long as there’s no thunder and lightning.  You’re wet anyway, and there is the peace that descends when the masses retreat.  May God bless your weekend with peace and joy.  Lisa

God’s Beauty

DSCN1089

This picture was taken at an old and beautiful fort in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  But  even though I am surrounded by manmade wonder, I can’t take my eyes off God’s sky.  The storm clouds moving in, the formations, the variation in light.  It’s stunning, and it’s all God.  That’s cool.  🙂  He’s everywhere.  Blessings, Lisa
