“You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.”  ~Dr. Maya Angelou

“If it falls your lot to be a street sweeper, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, sweep streets like Beethoven composed music, sweep streets like Leontyne Price sings before the Metropolitan Opera. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say: Here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well.”

                                                         ~Martin Luther King, Jr.

“There are many wonderful things that will never be done if you do not do them.” ~Charles D. Gill

Motivation for you and me both for the weekend.  Go for it; if God is in it, He is for you!  Blessings, Lisa

Streams of Living Water

IMG_3200

…”Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.  Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.’ ”  ~John 7:37

Drinking fully, deeply, quenching thirst, not just for a moment but forever.  Never running out, an endless supply of mercy for every moment, every day.  That’s love, that’s Jesus.  Blessings, Lisa
