Shadow? What Shadow?
Water, Rock and Mountain
Water, rock and mountain
Together in a perfect song
Singing of the power and the strength
That comes from the Creator of them all

Thanks so much to Barbara Walsh Photography for letting me use her amazing image taken at Clogher Beach in County Kerry, Ireland. Wonderful photograph. 🙂
Searching
We spend a lot of our lives searching for that perfect rock, that perfect job, that perfect love. Sometimes what we’re looking for is staring us right in the face; it’s waiting just on the other side of the door.
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord. ~Jeremiah 29:13-14a

The Sea
“The sea hath no king but God alone.” ~Dante Gabriel Rossetti
“How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is clearly Ocean.” ~Arthur C. Clarke
“You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, you still them.” ~Psalm 89:9, ESV
Sometimes, when I feel all churned up inside from too much chaos, it helps me to meditate on something much more powerful and strong. Thinking of the force of the ocean’s waves, its pull back into the depths of the sea, reminds me that God is so, so much stronger than this temporary life. Life is good, life is a gift, and life returns to Jesus. He made all things, He controls all things, He is taking care of me. Nothing else comes close to this. I can rest, I can trust. Blessings, Lisa
