The space between sky and water looks immense, but they are intertwined, connected.  The sky in this picture is a beautiful mirror reflecting the awesomeness of the waves below it.

When I see things like this, it encourages my soul.  It gives me assurance that God is there, that He makes beautiful things still, that somehow He’s got this whole crazy world under control.  It makes me feel protected and loved and joyful and free.  And a whole bunch of other things that are too hard to express in words.
