The yearning is strong in that one, they said
She always is wishing and striving for what? they shook their head
She thinks too much, she’s too strung up
She just needs to be happy and content and shut up
But she is happy in her way, and she loves to think
She feels like the wind, just whipping along
To whatever new beauty the world has in store
She ponders, then lights, then moves on
The only way to create is feel the push and discontent growing within
Then let it out and enjoy the rush
Of the newness, the freshness, the hope and joy
The yearning soul who longs to see
A bit of heaven on earth, a bit of God that we
All have in our souls to create and to yearn
For something better, something Him, something beautiful.

What beautiful yearning thoughts for our day! I would know just by reading this who the author might be. You captured the yearnings that are deep in your heart! God bless you, Lisa!
This is certainly you, old friend, with your fresh creativity. I hope you keep getting the rush always in expression. For yourself, for Him.
Ann and Debbie are just so right on. Except the “old” part. You can call me old though. I always feel that I am just not doing enough to help out those who have the talent to bring the love of God to those who are lost. Would it not be so wonderful if there was just a little more love for others in this world? Grace and Peace. :o)
Lovely, and amen.🌹
Keep it going strong.
First day of school tomorrow.
Summer is coming to a close.
